“Build A Land Levelling Device that will Refuel the Ozone Plasmatron”

The Gondwannans want to use a Plasmatron to produce Ozone – a by-product of the reaction. Design & build a device that will deliver fuel in the minimum time and remove the device to a safe location before detonation (and levelling of the terrain)
